1. Introduction
Welcome to FR Studio, officially registered as Official FR Studio ("we," "our," "us"). We are a UK-registered company (Company No. CRN: 16276947) based in Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 

2. Services Provided
FR Studio offers professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Videography

  • Photography

  • Video Editing

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Consulting
    We serve clients worldwide, primarily in the UK.
     

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are accepted via PayPal or bank transfer.

  • A £20 deposit is required before any project begins.

  • Full payment must be made before the final project delivery.

  • No refunds are provided unless we are physically unable to complete the project.
     

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary resources and information, including:

  • Business details

  • Location

  • Services offered

  • Specific requirements for the project
    Failure to provide this information in a timely manner may delay the project or result in cancellation without refund.
     

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

  • Delivery timelines vary based on complexity, typically 5 to 14 days after recording.

  • Clients are entitled to 3 minor revisions per project.

  • Major revisions (e.g., music change) will require an additional fee.

  • Requesting raw files will incur an additional charge.
     

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • FR Studio retains full copyright ownership of all completed projects.

  • Clients have usage rights as per the agreed terms but do not own the content.

  • We reserve the right to use all completed work for marketing, advertising, website content, and social media unless the client explicitly states otherwise before the project begins.
     

7. Cancellations & Termination

  • Clients cannot receive a full refund if they cancel midway.

  • If a client delays the project or fails to provide necessary materials, we reserve the right to cancel the project without a refund.
     

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific results from social media marketing due to unpredictable factors.

  • We provide advice and rough predictions only and accept no liability for performance outcomes after content is posted.
     

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, we will attempt to reach a civil resolution before seeking legal action.

  • UK law applies to all agreements.
