1. Introduction

Welcome to FR Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Filip Raciborski, a sole trader trading as FR Studio, based in Daventry, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.

By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project or booking.

2. Services Provided

FR Studio provides professional creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Videography

  • Photography

  • Video editing

  • Social media marketing and consulting

We serve clients across the United Kingdom, both locally and nationwide.

3. Travel Policy

We accept projects throughout the UK.

  • Travel within a 10-mile radius of Daventry incurs no additional charge.

  • For any location beyond 10 miles, a travel fee will apply. This fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to confirming the booking.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking date. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining 70% balance is due after all recording or photography sessions are complete, prior to final delivery of the project.

  • Payments are accepted by bank transfer only (details provided on your invoice).

  • Work will not begin until the deposit has been received and cleared.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where FR Studio is physically unable to complete the project due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances.
In such cases, any refund will be handled at our discretion.

The 30% deposit is always non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.

6. Project Delivery Timeframes

Every project is unique, and delivery times depend on project scope, complexity, and requirements.
As a general guideline:

  • Photography: Edited photos are typically delivered within 5 working days.

  • Videography: Edited videos are typically delivered within 7 working days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary. You will be informed of any expected delays.

7. Revisions Policy

  • Each video project includes up to 2 minor reasonable revisions.

  • Any major revisions or additional changes beyond 2 minor revisions will be billed at an hourly rate, based on the time required to complete the work.

Minor revisions include:

  • Text or colour changes

  • Font adjustments

  • Adjusting visual branding

  • Small layout or positioning tweaks

  • Changing a colour scheme

Major revisions include:

  • Changing music

  • Replacing or reordering multiple clips

  • Rebuilding transitions

  • Adding new footage or major structural edits

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Once the project is completed and approved, the client receives full usage rights for the delivered content.

FR Studio, however, retains the right to use all completed work for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.

9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project completion, clients must:

  • Provide all necessary materials, such as brand details, content requirements, or location access

  • Communicate promptly and clearly throughout the process
    Delays or failure to provide necessary information may postpone delivery and cannot be used as grounds for cancellation or refund.

10. Cancellations and Termination

If a client cancels after the booking has been confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.
FR Studio reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide required information or payment within agreed timeframes.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While we always aim to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific marketing or performance outcomes (e.g. views, engagement, or sales).

FR Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or distribution of the content provided.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve matters amicably.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
